Hvad er hensigten med dit arbejde? Hvilke omr\u00e5der \u00f8nsker du, at b\u00f8rnene skal involveres i? Og hvorfor \u00f8nsker du overhovedet at involvere b\u00f8rn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afs\u00e6t tid til at besvare disse sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, sp\u00f8rg dine kolleger til r\u00e5ds, og diskuter med personer, der skal involveres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dette trin sikrer ogs\u00e5 at du overvejer, hvordan b\u00f8rnene kan v\u00e6re med til at skabe aktiviteterne og beslutte, hvad de vil g\u00f8re, og hvordan de vil medvirke.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deltrin 2.1. S\u00f8rg for &#8211; eller unders\u00f8g i det mindste &#8211; b\u00f8rnestyret medvirken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vejledende sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvordan kan b\u00f8rn tr\u00e6ffe beslutninger eller deltage i beslutningsprocessen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan kan b\u00f8rn f\u00e5 indflydelse p\u00e5 de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og emner, de \u00f8nsker at blive involveret i?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan kan b\u00f8rn v\u00e6re med til at skabe aktiviteterne? (Samskabelse er n\u00f8glen til meningsfuld medvirken!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan f\u00e5r b\u00f8rnene gavn af at deltage i aktiviteterne?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e5r b\u00f8rnene ser tilbage p\u00e5 deres deltagelse, hvad vil du s\u00e5 gerne have, at de husker?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Husk, at der er et helt spektrum af b\u00f8rnestyret deltagelse. I den ene ende findes 100 % b\u00f8rnestyret, b\u00f8rneinitieret deltagelse, hvilket m\u00e5ske ikke (altid) er muligt i dit arbejde.
