BSRYF Election Process<\/strong> \u2013 From Nomination to Implementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Open Call for Nominations (March)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • CBSS Secretariat announces an open call<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Application open for at least 15 days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sent to BSRYF members & youth networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    Step 2: Submission of Candidacies<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Individuals (16-30) apply for CYR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Youth organisations apply for the Steering Group<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Eligibility: Baltic Sea Region nationality or organisational activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      Step 3: Election Meeting (April)<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      • Invitation sent at least 10 days in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Candidates present themselves<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Election agenda reviewed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        Step 4: Voting Process<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        • Who votes?<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Individuals (1 vote each)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Youth organisations (3 votes each)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Vote delegation form for <\/strong>organisations<\/strong> due 24h before meeting<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • CBSS Secretariat ensures transparency and technical support<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            Step 5: Post-Election & Role Assignment<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

            • CYR Chairperson elected first<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • CYR members discuss responsibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Mandate starts on July 1; <\/strong>Personal  <\/strong>Working Plans due by 31 July<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              Step 6: Implementation & Oversight<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

              • CYR begins projects & initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Steering Group oversees progress and provides advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • CBSS Secretariat support and  issues certificates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
