Young people aged 16\u201329 are invited to stand for election to the BSRYF Committee of Youth Representatives<\/strong> or the Steering Group<\/strong>. The Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum is a platform that empowers young people to influence decision-making and contribute to regional cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for the\u00a0fourth\u00a0election cycle<\/strong>\u00a0is now open. Applications are accepted until\u00a08\u00a0April 2026<\/strong>, and the elections will take place\u00a0online on 28\u00a0April 2026<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The elections will fill seats in two main bodies of the BSRYF for one year: the\u202fCommittee of Youth Representatives (CYR)<\/strong>, the Forum\u2019s legislative body with up to 20 members, where young voices engage in meaningful discussions and propose innovative policies; and the\u202fSteering Group (SG)<\/strong>, the executive body responsible for guiding the Forum\u2019s activities and ensuring the implementation of its initiatives.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online elections are scheduled for\u202f28 April 2026, from 15:00 to 18:00 CEST<\/strong>\u202f(Stockholm time).\u202f   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The links to the online Election Meeting will be distributed via the CBSS Youth newsletter. Voting is open to all\u202fBSRYF members aged 16 – 29, so if you want to vote, make sure to sign up. To become a member of the BSRYF, you can register\u202fhere<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chair provides overall leadership and strategic direction of the Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum. They represent the organisation externally, chair meetings, ensure decisions are implemented, and support the work of the CYR and Working Groups. <\/span>
\nThe Chair ensures that BSRYF\u2019s mission, values, and long-term goals are upheld.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
