CBSS

The Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) is a political forum that fosters regional cooperation among the 10 member states around the Baltic Sea. The CBSS strives to enhance meaningful youth participation in regional decisionmaking and reitartes this in all ministerial declaration since 2020.

The Terms of Reference (ToR) outline the purpose, structure, and responsibilities of BSRYF within CBSS bodies. These guidelines define how youth representatives engage in discussions, submit proposals, and contribute to regional strategies. Understanding the ToR is essential for anyone interested in BSRYF’s governance and impact.
