CBSS Youth Ministerial
The CBSS Youth Ministerial is a high-level forum where youth voices are directly conveyed to the highest decision-making body of the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS). This event ensures that youth perspectives influence macro-regional policies and that policymakers commit to youth-centred approaches.
It is an event that seeks to bring young perspectives to the highest level of CBSS governing event – the CBSS Foreign Ministers meeting. During this event, young people gather to discuss the current realities faced by youth of the Baltic Sea Regions in general. Often, participants are part of their respective national, regional or local organisations, NGO’s, or movements, making it an excellent opportunity for networking and sharing challenges and best practices among aspiring professionals. The main tangible outcome of this event is a policy statement that is presented to the foreign ministers during the CBSS Ministerial.
