Long-term assistance and residence permits

There are no long-term integration programs in Denmark specifically for victims of human trafficking.

The Danish Integration Act offers integration programs depending on the type of residence permit granted. If covered by the Integration Act, a person will receive an integration program, which includes support in finding employment and Danish language training. Furthermore, foreigners holding a residence permit typically have the same access to healthcare, education etc. as Danish citizens. Access to social benefits depends on the type of residence permit.
