Joint CBSS-OCSE simulation-based training exercise on combating trafficking in human beings
An innovative, simulation-based anti-trafficking training in Germany, focusing on multi-sectoral collaboration and trauma-informed victim support, co-hosted by the OSCE and the CBSS.
From 6 to 10 November 2023, professionals from five CBSS countries will conduct a first-of-its-kind regional anti-trafficking training in Brühl, Germany, organised by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the Council of Baltic Sea States (CBSS). Over 50 practitioners, including law enforcement, judicial staff, social workers, and NGOs, will engage in intensive simulations focusing on labour, criminal, and child trafficking. This exercise, the 19th by the OSCE, seeks to reinforce multi-sectoral collaboration in identifying and prosecuting trafficking crimes.
