Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum Election Meeting

If you are 16-29 and live or are from the BSR, you are invited to register for the elections to the top bodies of the Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum, a platform enabling young individuals to shape their future.

The Baltic Sea Region Youth Forum (BSRYF) invites young individuals from across the region to take an active role in shaping the future. Registration for the elections to the governing bodies of the BSRYF opens on 10 March 2025, giving aspiring leaders aged 16–29 the chance to apply until 6 April 2025.

This is a unique opportunity for youth to contribute to regional policy and cooperation by serving in one of the Forum’s main bodies:

  • The Committee of Youth Representatives (CYR): The legislative arm of the Forum, consisting of up to 20 members, where young voices can engage in meaningful discussions and propose innovative policies.
  • The Steering Group (SG): The executive body responsible for guiding the Forum’s activities and ensuring the implementation of its initiatives.

No specific skills or prior experience are required – young people from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The elections will be conducted online on 24 April 2025.

Submit your application by 6 April, 23:59 CEST. Please note that while some of your provided information may be used during the election meeting to introduce the candidates, no personal or contact details will be shared.

We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you as a future leader in the Baltic Sea Region!
