2025 Vihula Declaration

At the CBSS Ministerial Session 2025 in Vihula, Estonia, held on 16 May, Foreign Ministers adopted the Vihula Declaration, reaffirming their united support for Ukraine, strongly condemning Russia’s aggression and hybrid threats, and emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation and youth engagement.
