Baltic Sea Labour Forum for Sustainable Working Life Final Project Conference
"What is required for work to become sustainable, to enable and motivate workers beyond the age of 55?"
The Baltic Sea Labour Forum for Sustainable Working Life Final Project Conference will be held on 9th June 2022, 10:00 – 13:00 EET (09:00 -12:00 CET) in Turku, Finland, and online.
Whether in-person, online, or in a hybrid format, this conference is open to both project participants and anyone interested in issues related to sustainable working life in the Baltic Sea region.
The conference will focus on the project results with a holistic approach to the elements required for healthy, extended working life: lifelong
learning and skills development, working conditions and quality of work, future of work, and intergenerational approach with a focus on gender equality and non-discrimination.
We present policy recommendations at the government, organizational and individual levels – with a focus on the specific context of the countries in the Baltic Sea Region.
