BaltSusBoating 2030 Final Event

Join the final event of the Baltic Sustainable Boating 2030 project, which will be held online on 25 September 2014.

The Baltic Sea, home to over 1,000 leisure boat harbours and a diverse range of boating destinations in areas like the Swedish archipelago, South Coast Baltic, and East Baltic Coast, is becoming a major hub for sailors and motorboaters from across Europe and beyond. As part of efforts to develop the Baltic Sea into a unified and sustainable boating destination, the BaltSustBoating 2030 project is preparing for its final event, to be held online on 25 September 2014.

The BaltSustBoating 2030 project initiates strategic cooperation at the BSR level to develop the Baltic Sea into a single sustainable boating destination and jointly promote it in international markets.

Supported by the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) and various boating tourism organisations, the BaltSustBoating 2030 project has been working to define goals, strategies, and marketing plans to make the region an eco-friendly destination for boating enthusiasts.

The final event will showcase the outcomes of this collaborative project, marking a key milestone and laying the groundwork for future cooperation in transforming the Baltic Sea into a leading sustainable boating destination.
