Join the EGSME seminar on green shipping and marine data
The Estonian CBSS Presidency will host an open-to-all seminar on "Cooperation for a Smart and Sustainable Baltic Sea" in Tallinn on 26 September 2024.
Interested in green shipping and marine data? Join the first event of the Estonian Chairmanship of the Expert Group on Sustainable Maritime Economy (EGSME), an open seminar for maritime experts titled “Cooperation for a Smart and Sustainable Baltic Sea“.
The seminar will focus on the priority themes of the CBSS Estonian Presidency’s 2024-2025 programme, continuing the work of previous CBSS Presidencies to achieve a common understanding of green shipping corridors and to strengthen the network of interested parties. A new initiative under the Estonian Chairmanship will concentrate on collecting and sharing marine data with the aim of creating a digital twin of the Baltic Sea—simulating marine processes through real-time data collection.
