ClimaResponse

ClimaResponse - Responsive Local Action for Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction.

About

ClimaResponse aims to enhance regional and local public authority capacities to efficiently plan and implement climate change adaptation (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) strategies, which we refer to as climate resilience (CR).

Outcome

To overcome the challenges that regional and local authorities face, ClimaResponse will co-create and pilot social and technological innovations that will be integrated into a step-wise model for CR planning and implementation within a digital platform. The platform builds on existing resources and structures within the consortium, the BSR as well as the EU, but brings to local authorities (LAs) the level of detail in guidance and examples that make the uptake of innovations more feasible.
