Twenty young participants from across the Baltic Sea Region gathered in Gdańsk, Poland, from 11–16 November 2024 for the 11th Baltic Sea Youth Dialogue, creating innovative Outreach Materials for Cultural Engagement to connect communities with their cultural heritage.
The four cities awarded the “Cultural Pearls Title” for their outstanding social resilience plans— Jakobstad (Finland), Kiel (Germany), Rūjiena (Latvia) and Svendborg (Denmark)—held their respective award ceremonies between March and May 2024.

An international jury has announced the cities awarded the BSR Cultural Pearls title for the year 2024.
