PSF 2025: CBSS Opens Call for Project Proposals on Societal Resilience

Do you have a project proposal that promotes societal resilience, safety and trust across the Baltic Sea Region? Apply now for grants of up to 65,000 euros from the CBSS.

The Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) is inviting proposals for projects that will enhance societal resilience, safety, collaboration and trust within the Baltic Sea Region under its Project Support Facility (PSF) 2025 call. Applications will be accepted until 31 March 2025.

The PSF 2025 call seeks innovative projects that promote understanding, cooperation, and mutual trust, contributing to more resilient societies in the region. Proposals should align with one of the CBSS’s three long-term priority areas, promoting sustainable partnerships and macro-regional cooperation.

The PSF 2025 call particularly welcomes projects that:

  • Address civil security, inclusive child protection systems, or anti-trafficking initiatives through a whole-of-society approach;
  • Promote youth engagement, culture, and education to strengthen regional collaboration and resilience;
  • Support climate action, energy transitions, and sustainable tourism, safeguarding cultural heritage and biodiversity.
