The Project Support Facility (PSF) application period is open from 15 February to 31 March 2026, 23:59 CET.
We invite all eligible actors in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) to apply for grants for the implementation of small-scale, community based or profession/expert-based projects. For 2026, the call for proposals focuses on strengthening security and resilience in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR). Specifically, the call invites initiatives relating to:
- Societal security
- The protection of critical infrastructure
- Resilience against hybrid and other grey-zone threats
- Fostering inclusive youth participation
- Enhancing environmental and maritime security
- Other topics related to strengthening security and resilience in the BSR
Submitted project proposals should also connect with one of the CBSS’ three long-term priorities including specific thematic areas and involve eligible partners in at least three CBSS member countries. We welcome proposals with the participation of partners from the CBSS observer states.
