CBSS PSF application

The PSF application period will be open from 15 February to 31 March 2023, 23:59 CET.

We invite all eligible actors in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) to apply for grants for the implementation of small-scale, community based or profession/expert-based projects. The projects shall  focus on the CBSS long-term priority ‘Safe and Secure Region’, more specifically on managing increasing risks for states and societies, including those resulting from climate change, and building more resilient communities. Project proposals should include eligible partners in at least three CBSS member countries. We welcome proposals with the participation of partners from the CBSS observer states.

We are looking forward to receiving project proposals that follow the guidance for the call 2023 https://cbss.org/psf/psf-2023/

Fill in your digital application form online in the CBSS PSF portal for applications in advance of the closing date 31 March 2023, 23:59 CET.

  1. Start the online application form by creating an account.
  2. Fill in the online application form.
  3. Submit all the documents that are required via the online application form. Instructions in the online application form will guide you through the procedure.

You can create and save an application in advance. This allows you to continue working on it and review it before you submit it.

Important: for your application to be complete you must submit it online. Make sure that you submit before the deadline 31 March 2023, 23:59 CET.
