2026 Sopot Declaration

At the CBSS Ministerial Session 2026 in Sopot, Poland, held on 29 May, Foreign Ministers adopted the Sopot Declaration, reaffirming support for Ukraine and focusing on regional security. The ministers notably called for stronger cooperation on hybrid threats, the protection of critical undersea infrastructure, and Russia’s shadow fleet. They also reaffirmed the role of the CBSS as a platform for political dialogue and cooperation on regional security issues.
