CBSS Expert Group on Children at Risk. Annual Report of the Polish Presidency 2025–2026

During the Polish Presidency, the CBSS Expert Group on Children at Risk (EG CAR) focused on issues related to unaccompanied children, children with refugee experience, foreign minors and foster care. These areas reflected the experience of protecting children affected by displacement and the need for strengthened regional cooperation on cross-border child protection challenges. The selected topics were in line with the EG CAR Strategy 2025–2030, particularly in the area of preventing and addressing risks of harm to children in the Baltic Sea Region.
