Register now for the CBSS conference Starting with Trust: Trauma-Informed Pathways to Resilience, taking place in Reykjavík and online on 8 October 2026.
On 8 October 2026, the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) will host the Starting with Trust: Trauma-Informed Pathways to Resilience conference at Reykjavik University. Organised within the framework of the Icelandic Presidency of the CBSS 2026–2027, the hybrid event is open for both in-person and online participation.
The conference will examine how trauma-informed approaches can help professionals build trust and support recovery and resilience when working with children at risk and victims and survivors of human trafficking. It is aimed at practitioners, policymakers, researchers and international organisations across the Baltic Sea Region and beyond whose work supports these groups.
Registration is now open for both in-person and online participation.
