Social Entrepreneurship as an Opportunity for Seniors to Remain in Working Life – TWG II
The Baltic Sea Labour Forum for Sustainable Working Life project is inviting stakeholders and professionals in the region to two digital workshop this autumn. Our themes this November will be social entrepreneurship as an opportunity for seniors and taking a holistic approach to working life, looking at all different elements that we need to remain satisfied with work. Join us to learn, share experiences and network around relevant issues related to sustainable working life!

THE WORKSHOP AT A GLANCE:
- What do we mean by social entrepreneurship? How does in differ from entrepreneurship in general?
- How is social entrepreneurship linked to social innovation?
- Why could this be an interesting option to prolong working life in the age group 55+, in particular?
- What would be the support needed for senior persons who wish to enter social entrepreneurship? Which would the supporting institutions be?
- We will include experts and hear from previous experiences of social entrepreneurship.
- As always, we wish to include all different national contexts from the Baltic Sea Region countries
