The Perspective of Workers Aged 55+ – Taking a Holistic Approach to What We Need for a Satisfying and Prolonged Working Life – TWG I

The Baltic Sea Labour Forum for Sustainable Working Life project is inviting stakeholders and professionals in the region to two digital workshop this autumn. Our themes this November will be social entrepreneurship as an opportunity for seniors and taking a holistic approach to working life, looking at all different elements that we need to remain satisfied with work. Join us to learn, share experiences and network around relevant issues related to sustainable working life!

Day 1: Tuesday 23 November at 13:00-15:00 CET (14:00-16:00 EET)

Day 2: Wednesday 24 November at 10:00-12:00 CET (11:00-13:00 EET)

Registration will be open until Friday 19 November.

OUR WORKSHOP AT A GLANCE:

  • We will look at working life of people age 55+ taking a holistic approach, looking at all essential elements we need for a healthy working life
  • We will be introduced to a tool that can be used for this purpose: the swAge model – which stands for Sustainable Working Life for All Ages
  • We will listen to a presentation by Professor Kerstin Nilsson, who has created the swAge model
  • We will use the swAge model in our discussions
  • As always – this will be an opportunity for learning and sharing experiences including national contexts from all over the Baltic Sea Region!
