Training of Therapists to Address Online Sexual Violence Against Children

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) training course is due to start in March 2024.

The CBSS, within the scope of an EU co-funded project, is organising a training for therapists on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT). Lectures start 27-28 March 2024.

Participants completing this training will be eligible to later pilot a specialised module for handling online sexual violence, set for Autumn 2024.

The training is for professionals providing therapy to children with trauma symptoms, aiming to enhance their competence in supporting children affected by trauma, with a particular focus on online sexual violence.

Participation is free for PROMISE network members, with a small fee for course materials. The training is delivered in English.
